Your astrology chart is precise and specific: it considers not just the month you were born, but also the latitude and longitude of the city, and year, and the time down to the minute. Taken together, these data points reveal the planets’ positioning at the exact moment you entered the world.

Astro branding draws from this unique-to-you astrological information and translates those takeaways into colors, symbols, words and phrases, archetypes, &/or other associations that can be layered into your branding. From this period of self-exploration comes a comprehensive brand identity that’s in harmony with your nature, strengthening the connection between business owner and brand.

Astro Branding design is a celestial spinoff of my signature brand identity offering and includes all the beauty, strategy, and done-for-you deliverables you can expect from custom brand work, like color palettes, brand marks, and typography suites. But while signature branding is built around our conversations about who you are and what you do, astro branding methodically considers another stream of insight. Linking the philosophies of modern brand design and ancient astrological wisdom, Astro Branding involves using your natal chart to create custom branding that’s tightly connected to your individual nature.

Astro Branding Consultation

During the Astro Branding Consultation, we’ll first clarify where your business fits in the broader competitive landscape. With a crystal-clear understanding of what you do and who you’ve set out to serve, we’ll then turn our sights to the stars. AKA, your astrological chart.

In this next phase of the consultation, I’ll guide you through your chart with an eye toward pointing out relevant takeaways for you as a business owner. From there, we’ll discuss at length how you can integrate these findings into your brand identity to more closely tie your business to who you’re intended to be.

How It Works

The Astro Workflow

STEP 01

The Inquiry

First, kindly fill out the inquiry form to get me up to speed on your business; I’ll be in touch soon after that to set up a quick phone call to talk further. If we’re a mutual fit, I’ll get you all set up with a contract, workbook with more Qs about your business dreams and aesthetic preferences, and an estimated timeline.

From there, I’ll pull together your natal chart – which will guide all our branding efforts throughout the project – and walk you through the key takeaways. Via video call, I’ll walk you through your chart and what we can learn from it. We’ll also talk about your life mission as it relates to your work, the core values that underpin everything you do, and much more.

STEP 02

The Strategy

By now, we’ve gained a fuller picture of your unique nature and how you can embrace those unique-to-you qualities in the context of your brand. If you opted for the astro branding consultation, I’ll spend the next two weeks finalizing your color palette and moodboard, which brings our project to a close.

For astro branding design projects, I’ll then create a brand strategy deck that lays out our takeaways thus far and uses those learnings to propose a visual direction for your branding. Via screen recording, I’ll take you page by page through all the information in the deck, including: competitive analysis, customer persona, brand values, moodboard, color palette, typography direction, and high-level messaging.

STEP 03

The Design

Once you’ve approved the deck, I’ll then spend the next couple weeks building out your brand identity in its entirety, reflecting it against your aesthetic preferences, birth chart, target audience, and all the other good stuff that came up on our initial video call. This is heads-down design work on my end of things, but I track my progress via an online project management tool, so you can always peek at exactly where I’m at.

STEP 04

The Result

Finally, the penultimate step: reviewing your fully completed, cosmically aligned brand identity. Via screencast video, I’ll give you the rundown of your final files and talk you through the design decisions that I made behind the scenes. Following an optional feedback round, your final files will be ready to implement – and a stellar new era of your brand will be ready to unfold.
