As the founder and public face of the studio, Eliza’s personal perspective, decision-making style, and creative instincts were already embedded in the work, but not yet fully articulated in the brand itself. Rather than positioning the studio as a generic consultancy, we saw an opportunity to clarify what differentiates the agency: intuition paired with rigor, cultural sensitivity balanced by structure, and strategy that feels both human and exacting. We used Astro Branding as a framework to codify Eliza’s natural strengths, values, and modes of leadership.
